Henk had to leave his job in the Armed Forces after an accident which occurred at the end of his 15 year career as a Military Officer. Henk decided to start training not only as a licensed Real Estate Agent, but also as a Technical Surveyor in Holland where he practiced for 8 years. 

His introduction to Spain was introduced by a friend who at that time was experiencing problems with a purchase of a property.  Henk volunteered to help resolve the issue, with the help of his international contacts they managed to recuperate a vast amount of money.

That was when Henk decided to make his mark in Spain, at first he commuted from Holland to Spain for an 8 year period. He then made a decision to move to Spain permanently.

He has been operating now on the Costa Blanca for over 9 years practicing his wealth of expertise, with his family run business. He has peace of mind as well as he is enjoying a continuous success as Managing Director of Rioja Properties S.L.
