About Us & How We Started  The Managing Director of Rioja Properties Orihuela Costa S.L. is an ex-Military Officer, who has been in the armed forces for 15 years.
He had to leave the forces because of a serious accident and started in the Real Estate business in Spain. The reason for this step was a friend who was in trouble after purchasing a property. Through his international contacts, he succeeded to get most of the paid money back.
During this time the interest in Spanish Property became so sincere that he started his own Real Estate company. He has succeeded his Real Estate study and has his official papers back home and is also licensed as a technical surveyer!
He has been working in Spain for 15 years now, 10 years by travelling to and from Spain with his clients and 5 years by living in Spain permanently. His working areas are the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida, Costa de Almerķa and the Murcia inland region, for fincas, countryhouses etc.
